The social factors in Thailand have increasingly direct effects on its national development. These factors are: for example, limited access to education and struggle to maintain standard quality of life, all of which result in various forms of inequality.
Recognizing these national challenges, Mr. Suphachai and Ms. Busadee Chearavanont established Suphachai-Busadee Chearavanont Foundation in order to address them effectively. The Foundation has been in operation since 24th June 2020.
Dedicated to returning benefits to the society, the Foundation enhances educational opportunities for children and youths through a number of approaches: ensuring equal access to quality living standards and addressing family and societal issues. Furthermore, the Foundation strengthens social welfare for women, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups by promoting their equal rights and opportunities. It also encourages children and youths to embrace moral principles as part of their personal growth. All of these activities are expected to contribute to the socio-economic development of the Thai society.
In the year 2024, the Ministry of Finance announced in the Royal Gazette that it was designated as a charitable organization, numbered 1034, on December 11, 2024.
